English Reminder is a personal vocabulary tool. The browser app stores your words, meanings, examples and settings in this browser’s local storage on your device. The website does not ask for an account and the web app does not send your vocabulary to our server.

What stays on your device

Words you add, edits, imports, rotation interval and theme stay in this browser. Other browsers and devices do not receive them. The planned iPhone and Android apps have separate local word lists; they do not sync with the browser app.

What this website receives

Like any website, the hosting provider may process basic connection information such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver pages and maintain security. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts to this website.

Your choices

You can export your browser list as CSV at any time. You can delete individual words in the app. Clearing this browser’s site data removes the saved list and settings, and may not be reversible. Export a copy first if you want to keep it.
